Great company, but website needs improvements!
customer service is always great. You get responses and resolutions to any issues that may come up. Their products so far have also been great. The glass piece I just got is fantastic.
The only downside is that they’ll show AUPost shipping on their website for products that they don’t ship AUPost. This is unfortunate because they’ll ship it Courier instead. This causes two issues, as 1) the AUPost shipping is usually a little more expensive, so if you don’t complain, you’re paying extra for a worse shipping experience and 2) it sets an expectation for buyers that they can’t deliver on. courier is terrible, but it’s even worse when we’re given an illusory option of having something better.
Other than that, great company and great products.
